About Us

My photo
We are a family owned and operated business. What most people call “Mom and Pop”. We are manufacturers and retailers. What that means is we MAKE all our own cookie cutters. We do not sell any other manufacturers cutters. Every cookie cutter you see on our site is designed, produced, and packed by “POP”. Any communication you have is with “MOM”. We work together as a team to create the best experience you can have while shopping our store. We started online in 2006. When we started, we didn’t realize how popular our cookie cutters would be online. We decided on the retail end of the business to supply everyone who wanted our cutters a chance to purchase them at a reasonable price. We are just “average Joes” raising our family. We know this is tough and the cost of everything is high. Many manufacturers have chosen to go to places like China to make their products at a cheaper price. Unfortunately, quality seems to suffer too. We are proud to offer an American Made product. This usually means a higher price, but we don’t think it has to. Our hope is to provide you with a great shopping experience, a quality cookie cutter, and the best possible prices we can.
We use both these traffic exchanges for our sites... so for great deals while getting traffic to your site be sure to check out:

BEWARE OF YOUR EBAY ACCOUNT

Was closing up my Ebay store last night when I noticed something strange. My sellers account fees rose from a mere $40.00 to over $1500.00 in just minutes. When I investigated I found that someone has accessed my account and listed over 200 items. I was being charged for those listings!!! I immediately contacted Ebay and the security people worked on my problems. They assured me my account was now safe and that the charges would be reversed. All the unauthorized listings were to be removed. I was happy with the solution. Well... that was until this morning. My email was full of questions about the unauthorized items. It was also full of angry customers who wanted their money back for items I DID sell. Ebay apparently informed all my customers, that either paid and were waiting for shipping or not paid yet, that my account had a problem and if they paid go to PayPal to make a claim. So now I am being punished for something I did not do. I contacted Ebay again and although they are sorry for the "obvious mistake" they did it for my own good. What the heck does that mean??? My own good??? Their own good. I am therefore required to settle all disputes and save my own reputation. Once again Ebay has shown it's true colors---sellers do not count. The only good thing that came from this all is I did CLOSE MY STORE---one less store for Ebay to play it's games with.

On a brighter note my BONANZLE store has opened and the people are great! I know it's going to be a big success!!! Come visit.
